Explanation
Generally, people look for peace, pleasures and happiness in the outward things around them. That is why everyday activities are full of hustling, with people moving here and there and now and then always. From morning till night, everybody is striving to make more money, to have some savings, to buy new items and to make life more comfortable. Therefore, people do one type of business or another, attend parties for fun, take drugs and alcoholic to change the mental excitement, etc.
Unknown to the world, the pleasures they need to enjoy life are not outside them, but buried within themselves, in their soul, heart and mind. Ordinary sciences make people look outside themselves, depend on the five senses, mind and intellect. But spiritual science turns the attention of the people inwards, where heavenly treasures and pleasures are safe and secure.
Therefore, spiritual practice means any or all of the following:
  1. By spiritual practice is meant anything done by a person in the effort to seek, find and know the Truth about God and life. It could be prayers, fasting, meditation, consultation or deliverance.

  2. Spiritual research into the nature and events of life.

  3. It may be simple acts like affirmation, sprinkling holy water, etc.

  4. Performing personal deliverance or family spiritual work.

  5. Chanting the names of God, praying in silence or singing in spirit.

  6. In terms of purity, all the bad and unholy impressions already recorded in the memory have to be cleared, by regular and consistent spiritual exercise.

  7. Etc.
